Cannot connect to the network:
Verify a DNS address is set in your network settings on your Mac. In certain cases, DNS requests are intercepted by MacProxy. Without a DNS address set, domain name resolution may not even be attempted (and connections will fail).
MacProxy crashes/kernel panics:
If MacProxy crashes, please forward the contents of the crash log to Tidal Pool Software. If MacProxy causes a kernel panic (requiring a reboot), please send the kernel crash log file located in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
